Beds and Bed Settee £20 per person per week or part thereof.
Cots, high chairs, push chairs and stair gate available on request.
Babysitting service available - please ask. Sorry no pets.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided but not pool towels
and a Welcome Hamper (milk, tea, sugar and wine) will be waiting
for you on arrival. Gas, electric and water included.
A security deposit of £150 is required in case of damage
to the property or contents. This must be sent with the full
remittance and is refundable. Booking deposits are non-refundable.
It is advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover the total
value of your booking. The full rent is due if booked less than
8 weeks before your departure. Lettings from 17.00 hours to
09.30 hours.
